What To Expect From Choosing Us

Usually upon enquiring us, we would ask permision to make a virtual or physical site inspection. This is to ensure we have the right measurements and provide an accurate quotation to be given to clients.During this process, clients should advise us on what refurbishment ideas they have in their minds. Such as room sizes, cabinets, accessories, living room, plaster ceiling, repair works, laundry room and etc.

During the process of planning a fit-out renovation, we would give first a 3D renderings of what the ideal spaces to be transformed into. This is to give an easy visualization to the clients before even starting the project. While the planning proposal is given, clients could also give their thoughts and opinions whether any adjustments are to be made.

After discussions have been thoroughly checked, we would present the quotation to the client for further analysis. We would also explain in details the works and processes that is done within the given quotation and agreed planning. We would also give recomendations and changes to suit the demands of clients within their financial capabilities. Any changes towards the Pre-quotation can be altered immediately upon meeting discussions.

We provide services for submission of permit to Majlis Perbandaran. This includes a drawing plan from an architect or drafter. A permit would ensure any renovations towards the estabilishment is within the law and regulations.

A special whatsapp group would be made upon green light given to us. This helps build a constructive communication between us and the clients. Any updates and recomendation or problems will be discussed and assesed through whatsapp chat. We would ensure the trust and ease of clients throughout the working process so that everything goes smooth and accordingly.

We will assist our clients to the best store and vendors for them to easily choose and decide which products suits their needs via phone. This includes tiles, lighting, toilets, cabinet material, accesories and etc. Any prices differentiation are subject to the original quotation. If clients choose something that is over the budget in quotation for example an expensive tile than any additional payment will be incured in a revised quotation. Vice Verca

Clients have the choice to omit any material costs in the quotation should they buy themselves the material they needed. This is so that client have the control over their budget on the project. There is no fixed quotation that needs to strictfully follow. Any changes of material or idea is welcome through our open and flexible quotation.

It would be an ease of mind for the clients to receive the new refurbished spaces clean and ready to move in. Hence, it is our responsibilities to keep the establishment clean during the handover to the clients. Client’s satisfactory is our main priority.
